Basic Regulations of the Ukrainian Federation of Oriental Dance:

Submission of an application for participation in the event confirms the agreement of the participants with the Regulations and financial conditions.  The leader of the group, the participant who leaves the application for participation, confirms that he has read all the terms of this Regulation, as well as acquainted them with all members of his dance group, and if the participants are minors, the parents of dance group members.  Fulfillment of the conditions of this Regulation and responsibility for their non-fulfillment rests with the applicant.

If the team member (s) and / or their representatives do not agree with any of the provisions of this Regulation, we recommend that you refrain from participating in the event.

Then we receive a link to the registration confirmation, which lists your nominations and payment terms.  You must send a video of your speech to the address of the regional organizer indicated in the registration.

SOLO: -16$ (RATING ORIENTAL\FOLKLORE) \ 15$ (NON RARING)

CANDIDATES FOR PROFESSIONALS -22$

1) The video must be shot in a studio or home environment (NOT competitive!)

2) The distance from the camera is preferably at least 4 meters (depending on the capabilities of your camera), pay attention to the light - it should be enough.  The main condition is a full-length video, so that the movements during the dance do not go beyond the recorded video.

3) You can not approach the camera, there should be no special effects and processing

4) The dance is performed in a costume, according to the nomination, the time rules can be any, but the judges will take into account only the rules in accordance with the Regulations http://ufod.com.ua/uk/pravyla/dodatky/rehlament-solo-vystupiv

5) The image must match the stage image (makeup, hairstyle)

6) Nominations professionals participate without improvisation!  To perform in the nominations Candidates and Professionals it is necessary to send 2 videos - classics and folklore in accordance with the Regulations

7) Video must be signed Last Name_Name_Nomination (Style_Age_Level)

For example: Ivanova_Ivonna_oriental_children2_beginner level

8) The video must be in MP4 format

SMALL GROUPS\DUETS: _8$ (per person)

GROUPS\FORMATION: _6$ (per person)

The video is uploaded by the participant in open access.  It can be: youtube, google drive.  Please note that access to the viewer should not be restricted and make sure that the video is not banned for copyright infringement!  Next, the participant independently places a link to the downloaded video (not to the resource, but to the video !!!) on his registration page in the new version!

After the video collection is completed, on the day of the competition, all video materials are shared with the Championship group on social networks, or on the League Portal.  By submitting their application for the contest online, the Participant agrees with the Regulations and realizes that his video will be available to third parties for viewing during the contest!
